We offer individual, family, group and couple's counseling services for all age groups. Although we have clinicians who incorporate holistic and natural approaches to healing, we believe treatment is solely based on the individual and we offer eclectic approaches fitting for every client's needs. We provide a psychotherapy initial assessment and can provide some mental health screeners/assessments. We are not offering full scale psychological assessments at this time.

We accept most insurance providers, work EAP programs, HSA, cash pay clients and can offer sliding-scale fee payments. 

Fees for services are as follows:

·  Intake session: $180.00

·  Individual/couple/family session (per clinical hour): $170.00

·  A sliding scale is available, upon request, for those who qualify.

All session fees are collected prior to the start of each session.

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We will bill your account $25.00 if your check is returned from the bank and your personal checks will no longer be accepted.

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a $50 fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. These fees cannot be billed to your insurance and must be paid at your next scheduled appointment. Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a $50 fee if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

If you need to contact your clinician in between sessions, please leave a message on their voicemail.  Our center is not an emergency center and clinicians are often not immediately available; however, I will attempt to return your call within 24 hours. Please note that face- to-face sessions are highly preferable to phone sessions. However, in the event that you are out of town, sick or need additional support, phone sessions are available. If a true emergency situation arises, please call 911 or any local emergency room.

Due to the importance of your confidentiality and the importance of minimizing dual relationships, We do not accept friend or contact requests from current or former clients on any social networking site (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).
